There is absolutely NO refunds of any kind. If you are unhappy and there is a problem with the service, our policy allows you to come in within 14 days from the date of service and we will gladly fix it for you complimentary. If a client wants additional services that weren’t discussed in the consultation, then this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional costs.

At Salon Halo, we require a card on file to hold all appointments. *NEW CLIENTS: we require a non refundable 50% deposit on all first time appointments. 

Our salon requires a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of your service amount.

If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service amount. You will also be required to put a deposit down prior to booking another appointment at the salon again.

We have a 15 minute late policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment. If this continues to happen you may be no longer allowed to book future appointments with us.
